Boot Scoot Bike

My fabulous neighbor just started this business called Boot Scoot Bikes. She has bikes specifically designed to help kids learn to balance without training wheels. Crazy idea, but the bikes don't have any pedals, the kids use their feet to "scoot" themselves along. I was semi-skeptical at first, but I am totally sold! Ian is a racing biker man at only 2 1/2 years old! He zooms all around the neighborhood. He lifts up both feet when he goes down ramps. And, he totally keeps up with me on walks. (It is so much better than having them both fighting in the stroller). I can totally tell that he will be able to pick a real bike up easy when the time comes. Her web site Boot Scoot Bikes website

Quarterback and swimsuit season

Ian loves to play football with daddy. In fact, he counted to 10 for the first time the other night when they were hiking the ball. Kevin says, "Blue thirty-two, set hike!" Ian runs as fast as he can down the hall, Kevin throws him the ball, Ian catches it, and runs with the most ferocious face he can muster and tackles dad. Hilarious!

Auntie Karrie bought Meggie a swimsuit. Man, I wish I looked this cute in a swimsuit!

Our new grown up table

My mom said that she has been more than disappointed with my blog lately, well, I can't blame her. I have been a lame blogger, but I'm back. I promise, mom, multiple pictures of your grandbabbies! Here's our new table. I am currently looking for a big black bench to go with it if anyone has any great leads!
